The food was not great. the buffet had a really limited selection. It was like they were running out of ideas. the all-inclusive drinks tasted watered down, a bit of a letdown, the cocktails barely had any alcohol, so it felt a bit pointless. the room was not cleaned properly . The trash bin was never emptied, pretty gross

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They offered assistance with luggage and provided a comprehensive overview of the hotel amenities. I appreciated the selection of buffet food available at each meal. There was something for everyone. The waterpark kept my children entertained throughout the day. Lifeguards were attentive and ensured a safe environment.
The poolside furniture had some oily residue, a minor inconvenience.

there WERE cockroaches DURING our stay i think. i also think they ONLY mopped, made beds and emptied the bin. i think it WASN'T enough.
